I was looking at Instagram and came across a post that was something that stood out to me. In the post it talked about how procrastination was a mental prison for depression. The owner of the post encouraged people to set task for them selves to follow in order to avoid falling in to the grips of depression. Many of us can say we have the unfortunate habit of leaving things to the last minute, or in some cases the last second of the last minute. This is a bad habit for anyone to have, but even more so for those suffering with anxiety or depression. Your anxiety can cause you to put something of over and over again, which in turn causes more stress and anxiety.
