Living Life During COVID 19

I was looking at Instagram and came across a post that was something that stood out to me. In the post it talked about how procrastination was a mental prison for depression. The owner of the post encouraged people to set task for them selves to follow in order to avoid falling in to the grips of depression. Many of us can say we have the unfortunate habit of leaving things to the last minute, or in some cases the last second of the last minute. This is a bad habit for anyone to have, but even more so for those suffering with anxiety or depression. Your anxiety can cause you to put something of over and over again, which in turn causes more stress and anxiety. Once your procastination causes you to be in a serious jam, like being behind on your bills or missing important deadlines, you're left feeling fustrated, ashamed and mad at your inability to cope with your mental illness. We've all had that unfortunate moment where we say something insensitive, unfactual or just plain stupid. These unfortunate moments are usually filled with regret, embarrassment and the wish we could reverse time to before the fopaux. What most of us can not relate to is going on a live stream and making light of the fact that many people will die from COVID 19. That's exactly what actress Venessa Hudgens did on Monday March 16th, in her live stream the famous actress said "Yeah, til July sounds like a bunch of bullsh**". This was in response to President Trump saying the corona virus pandemic could stretch on into July and August. "I'm sorry. But like- Its a virus I get it, like- I respect it, but at the same time, like- even if everyone gets it, like, yeah, people are going to die which is terrible, but like it's inevitable?"
